Be Counted Technology Ltd was established in 2013 with a clear purpose: to bring cutting-edge automatic outdoor counting technology to New Zealand. Our mission is to support local government agencies and organisations in promoting and increasing sustainable transport options—particularly walking, cycling, and emerging active modes such as e-scooters.
